In addition to student resources in the Welcome Kit that you received at the time of adopting Connected Quizzing, students can visit our Help Center for additional information and helpful troubleshooting articles as well as submit a request to our customer support team.

On every student’s Connected Quizzing Assignments page, the green Help Center button provides easy access to the Help Center


Finally, students can call 1-800-234-1660 (within the U.S.) or email for troubleshooting assistance.
